We have just completed a rebranding exercise to modernize our approach and showcase our dedication to the people of Batswana. Our new slogan, 'See Ahead of Time', encapsulates our commitment to helping our customers prosper with their financial and investment needs. We recognized that as a growing company, it was important for us to remain relevant in a rapidly evolving market.

As a result, we conducted extensive research and analysis to better understand our clients and the broader insurance landscape. We realized that our existing brand identity did not fully capture the essence of who we are as a company and what we stand for.

The rebranding exercise was an opportunity for us to modernize our brand and better align it with our values and goals. We wanted to create a brand identity that would resonate with our clients and communicate our commitment to being proactive, forward-thinking, and customer-centric.

The new logo, with its modern and dynamic design, better reflects our focus on innovation and adaptability. The colors were also updated to match the national colors of Botswana, which highlights our strong connection to the country and its people.

In addition to the visual changes, we strongly believed our slogan remained the same as it encapsulates our vision - "See Ahead of Time." This tagline reflects our commitment to providing our clients with the tools and resources they need to anticipate and prepare for their financial and investment needs. It speaks to our belief that being proactive and forward-thinking is the key to long-term financial success.

How do I make amendments to my policy?

Fill out an amendment form supplied by Bona Life, and attach relevant supporting documents based on the nature of the amendment. For example:

  • Addition of a child to policy – birth certificate
  • Change of name- marriage, divorce decree or affidavit
  • Change of bank- new banking details 
How do I get my statement for my investment or savings policy?

Send a request to client service team via the various touchpoints (walk-ins, email, Whatsapp, Facebook, telephone) to prepare a policy valuation. Policy valuation will be shared via your preferred medium.

How do I cede my policy for a loan?

Send a request to cede policy to Bona Life and on confirmation of policy status, you will complete a cession form. Attach the KYC forms and policy documents will be prepared showing the cession. This is what you will take to the bank to complete the cession.

How do I surrender my investment or savings policy?

Submit KYC documents, Complete surrender form, write surrender letter & attach bank statement for account that the money will be deposited to.
